She lacks contrast on the lips. The red on her skin is well used but it's not enough to make a portrait look interesting. Her eyes are so far pretty good, but I would consider adding more soft skin tones at the eyeball, especially in the corners. Do a quick google of "eye" and you can notice that the lid is lighter (except you're wearing eyeshadow-makeup). Also it's not clear were the "folded" lid is. On her right eye it already ends after the lashes, whereby on her left its ending after the shadow. If you don't understand me, please tell me 
After all the highlights are really well set on her skin. I also like the brush-use, nice strokes! I'm looking forward to a finished piece. I hope it helped, it's just my opinion, could be wrong-
